Add your whole team without the bill moving. Filings are included in every plan rather than sold as a separate module — because charging twice for the thing your practice exists to do never made sense to us.
We're opening ClearCash to ten UK practices. Free until your first live filing goes through, then 50% of list price for as long as you stay. You get a direct line to the founder and a vote on what gets built next.

| Filing to HMRC & Companies House | Included | Self assessment, corporation tax, confirmation statements and company changes — on every plan. |
| E-signatures | Included | Engagement letters and authorisation forms. No per-envelope charge. |
| Client portal, chat & document requests | Included | Clients don't need an account or a licence. |
| Identity & AML checks beyond your allowance | £5 each | Facial liveness, document check and sanctions screening. |
| Bookkeeping add-on | £5 / client / mo | Only for clients whose books you actually keep, with receipt capture and automatic coding. |
| Taking payment from your clients | 1% | On fees collected through ClearCash, on top of your own card processing. Nothing to pay if you don't use it. |
| Companies House fees | At cost | Government fees are passed through exactly as charged — we don't mark them up. |
Prices exclude VAT. Monthly, cancel whenever you like — your data exports in full. Identity checks and the bookkeeping add-on are billed on what you actually use.
Per-seat pricing punishes you for adding a junior or giving a bookkeeper access. Your revenue comes from clients, so your software cost should track clients too. Add as many team members as you need.
Yes. Self assessment and corporation tax returns file over our live HMRC channel, and confirmation statements over the Companies House gateway, on every plan including Starter. Only the government's own fees are passed through, at cost.
If you send a fee through ClearCash and your client pays by card, we take 1% of that payment. The money goes directly to your own account — you are the merchant, we are not holding your fees. If you invoice outside ClearCash, there's nothing to pay.
You move up a band. Nothing is migrated or rebuilt, and no data is locked behind the higher tier — the bands are about how many clients you carry, not which features you get.
Yes. The market runs from under £20 at the formation agents to £150 at the corporate service providers, so there's room to price it where your practice sits. Each check costs you £5 beyond your plan allowance, so it works as a standalone service as well as part of onboarding.
No. It's monthly, and you can export everything and leave at any point. Founding firms keep their 50% rate for as long as they stay, with no minimum term attached to it.
